Terms of Service

SlotFlow is a booking-website service for instructors, coaches and workshop hosts. The Service is operated by Mayur Mahindrakar, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at support@slotflow.in.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

SlotFlow offers a free trial and paid monthly plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed as one-time monthly payments and do not auto-renew — access continues until the end of the paid period, after which you may renew to continue.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile details, images, event information). You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for honouring bookings made through your page, and for complying with laws applicable to your classes and services. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, uploading unlawful or infringing content, sending spam, or disrupting other users. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to protect the Service and its users.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from bookings, cancellations, or interactions between you and your participants. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
